Do you find yourself overthinking conversations long after they happen, shutting down during conflict, or reacting more emotionally than you want to? Maybe anxiety leaves you feeling stuck and unsure of what to say, or emotions become so overwhelming that you later regret how you responded. These reactions are not signs of weakness—they are often protective responses shaped by stress, trauma, difficult relationships, or painful past experiences. Our experiences live not only in our thoughts, but also in our nervous system & body, influencing how we respond to situations in the present. My work is grounded in Brainspotting, a brain-body approach that helps access & process what talk therapy alone can’t always reach. We slow down & work with where experiences are held in the nervous system so they can shift in a safe, supported way. I also draw from IFS & CBT to help you understand your protective patterns with more clarity & compassion The goal is not to fix you, but to create space for healing. Whether you’re navigating difficult family dynamics, painful experiences, or unhelpful beliefs, I’m here to support you in the process. Healing takes courage, & I’m here to sit with you in what’s painful and walk with you through it.
