Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience supporting children, families, veterans, and justice‑involved individuals through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. I practice from a strengths‑based and trauma informed perspective, honoring the resilience people already possess and helping them uncover the tools that can move them toward growth and stability. I believe people can change, and I feel genuinely honored to be part of that process. Using motivational interviewing, I help clients clarify their goals, explore what drives them, and navigate barriers with compassion and curiosity. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward at your own pace. Whether you're coping with trauma, navigating complex systems, adjusting to major life changes, or seeking greater emotional wellness, we’ll work together to identify what’s strong within you—and build from there. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk alongside you.
