Together, we’ll explore what fuels that anxiety, and develop tools for relief that actually work for you. LGBTQ+ identity and expression. You don’t have to educate me or wonder if I’ll get it. I’m a queer, sex-positive, poly-friendly, and gender-affirming therapist, who offers a space where your identity is seen as a strength—not something to explain or defend. Whether you’re exploring identity, navigating coming out, or processing relationship dynamics, this space is for you. Relationship pain or disconnection. Maybe you’re overextending in relationships and still not getting what you need. Maybe you're questioning what a healthy connection even looks like.
