Introduction

I'm passionate about helping women, adolescent girls, and teenagers become unapologetically themselves. I work with those who've lost their way, struggled to find their focus, or simply need permission to reclaim their power. Together, we tackle self-sabotaging beliefs, navigate the voices of doubt—both internal and external—and build the clarity and skills you need to move forward with confidence. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or the confusion of life transitions, my approach is tailored to you. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered work, solution-focused techniques, and holistic practices to help you understand yourself more deeply and live more intentionally. The road isn't always easy, but it's absolutely worth it. I work with individuals across all ages via telehealth, accept Premera Blue Cross, Regence, and Aetna insurance, and I'm currently accepting new clients. Let's get you out of your own way.
