Introduction

Welcome to a place where you can feel truly seen and supported. As your therapist, I am deeply invested in understanding your experiences. I aim to support and encourage you on your journey toward well-being. My practice is rooted in using evidence-based therapeutic approaches chosen to address your specific concerns and help you achieve your goals. Fundamentally, I believe in building a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship, ensuring your unique needs, concerns, and personal growth guide our work together. I am committed to creating a safe and confidential environment where you feel empowered to face challenges. A place to learn, grow and embrace a life that feels more authentic and full. Opening yourself to growth is not a vulnerability, but a powerful act of self-discovery and resilience. I enjoy the process of growing and challenging myself as a psychotherapist. I was previously the Clinical Director at the Samaritan Center for Counseling and Wellness in Athens, GA. I have maintained private practices in Georgia and Virginia. I have also taught undergraduate and graduate students as an Adjunct Professor at Argosy University, the University of South Alabama, and George Mason University. I have been working with clients for over 20 years, and have been licensed as a Psychologist since 2007 in Georgia, Alabama, and Virginia. I received my BA in Psychology and Hispanic & Italian Studies from Johns Hopkins University, and my MA and PhD in Clinical Psychology from American University in Washington DC.
