Introduction

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing online therapy to adults across Indiana and Michigan. I founded Attunement in 2021 to create a holistic, affirmative practice for folx who are ethically non-monogamous (ENM), polyamorous, LGBTQIA+, and/or kinky. My work centers on how we relate to ourselves, to our bodies, and to others. I offer a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and holistic approach to healing - helping you feel more grounded, compassionate, and connected in both mind and body. I work with adults navigating anxiety, attachment wounds, alternative relationship styles, trauma, and chronic illness/chronic pain (especially endometriosis, adenomyosis, POI, and/or PCOS). With over 14 years of education, research, and clinical experience, my work focuses on how we relate to ourselves and others, uncovering the roots of our struggles, and exploring the mind-body connection. I draw from a range of evidence-based and experiential techniques tailored to your needs, collaborating closely to support your overall wellbeing. I am an LGBTQ-affirmative, kink-aware, and polyamory-friendly therapist familiar with open relationships, hierarchical and non-hierarchical polyamory, swinging, relationship anarchy, and more.
