As a queer, non-monogamous, kink and neurodivergent aware therapist, no matter your identity you will experience an accepting space with me. I am here to listen, validate, and help facilitate transformation by exploring your inner world with you. We will build you up with techniques that ignite capability, empowerment, and purpose. You will learn skills to approach your day with confidence, reclaim yourself, and safely connect with others. Additionally, we can explore limiting beliefs, such as feeling like you are not enough or that no one can be trusted, in a safe place so you feel free to be your true self in life and with others. I have been working with people like you since 2015 and I love what I do. I obtained my master's degree in clinical psychology and my bachelor's degree in neuroscience and view people from a holistic lens. I hold multiple licenses; I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Minnesota, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege (LMHC-D) in New York, and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut. I enjoy creating a safe space for, but not limited to, people who are part of the LGBTQIA2S+, kink, queer, and non-monogamous communities. Some hobbies of mine include painting, hiking, lifting weights, learning, listening to people's stories, doing art, going to concerts, spending time with my friends and community and playing with my cat. START YOUR JOURNEY TODAY by emailing, calling, or texting me to set up a free 15 minute consult. I meet with people via online and I am available M-F, late morning, afternoon and evening. I would be honored to be part of your story of transformation. I hope to hear from you soon.
