I am a therapist who believes in creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families, and I help people with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, self-esteem, and parenting challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-focused. I use proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, ACT, and solution-focused therapy to help you build coping skills, gain insight, and move toward positive change—at a pace that feels right for you. I believe therapy isn’t just for when things are really hard. It’s also a space to grow, reflect, and feel supported. I want you to leave each session knowing you’re not alone and that you have the strength to keep going. Outside of therapy, I’m a mom of two who loves baking, crafting, and spending time with family. I value creativity, connection, and finding joy in the little things—and I bring that same energy into my work with clients.
