Introduction

Together we can develop proactive strategies (like learning to track your capacity) and reactive strategies (such as boundary setting) to give you the support you need as you navigate your mental and physical health. As someone with lived experience managing chronic pain, invisible illness, and burnout recovery, I know how hard it can be to find our way through those challenges. You might be feeling alone, overwhelmed, or discouraged. Invisible illness doesn't have to control your mindset, and you don't have to feel alone. In our work together, we wil focus on self-care, boundaries, capacity tracking, self-advocacy with medical professionals, how to prioritize what's most important to you, and strategies for balance. My counseling style is generally a blend of ACT, DBT, and CBT. I promise to make you feel seen and validated in your lived experiences every step of the way. Together we can discuss ways to help you feel empowered again while building a sustainable plan for self-care and mental health support. Too many people navigating invisible illness feel like they are alone in their challenges. I'm here to say you are not alone - I'm here to help!
