Introduction

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and 10+ years of experience in private practice counseling serving adults directly, I help individuals and couples heal, reconnect, and grow through life’s most difficult seasons. My practice focuses on couples counseling, marriage therapy, and individual counseling, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, communication challenges, rebuild trust after betrayal, and strengthen emotional intimacy. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to every session. In addition to my clinical work with clients, I supervise pre-licensed counselors and I teach in graduate counseling programs, helping the next generation of therapists develop the skills to support clients with compassion and effectiveness. I’ve spent years in education focused on counseling principles through both my master’s degree and my doctoral program. As a mother of four children and someone who has balanced the demands of graduate school, family life, running a business, and a professional career, I understand how overwhelming life’s challenges can feel. My goal is to hold hope when it feels out of reach and to guide you toward lasting connection, fulfillment, and peace through compassionate, evidence-based counseling. (Providing counseling and therapy services for individuals and couples online and in Westminster, Colorado, and the surrounding areas.)
