As a somatic and IFS-informed therapist with training in Mental Health Nutrition, Stephanie approaches healing through the connection of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Her work is warm, relational, intuitive, and body-based, helping clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and better understand the emotions, patterns, and experiences held within the body. She supports clients in building a more authentic and grounded relationship with themselves, their intuition, and others. Stephanie has a deep passion for working with grief, trauma, relationship patterns, and identity exploration. As someone who is part of the Latinx and LGBTQ+ communities, she strives to create an inclusive and compassionate space where clients can show up fully as themselves. (Hablo español fluido.) She also supports clients exploring psychedelics and plant medicine integration, helping them process and integrate insights from these experiences into everyday life with intention, safety, and compassion. Outside of her practice, Stephanie finds grounding and inspiration through creativity and nature. She enjoys candle-making, painting, dancing, singing, and spending time outdoors.
