Introduction

Welcome! I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and wellness. My passion for helping others is rooted in a desire to be a source of hope for those who may be struggling with their mental health. I understand that when you feel lost or stuck, it can be difficult to find your way forward—but I believe meaningful change is possible. My goal is to meet each client where they are, using an individualized therapeutic approach that best fits their unique needs. I value the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I specialize in treating depression, ASD, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, and the unique challenges of emerging adulthood. I provide neurodiversity-affirming care and specialize in trauma-focused therapy using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process distressing experiences and move toward healing. Through personalized treatment plans, practical strategies, and evidence-based interventions, I help clients build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change. I also work with neurodiverse couples and support neurotypical (NT) partners experiencing Ongoing Traumatic Relationship Syndrome (OTRS). Using Dr. Lucking's Island of Shared Meaning model, I help couples bridge communication gaps, strengthen connection, and better understand one another as they navigate the unique dynamics of neurodiverse relationships. In addition to therapy, I provide coaching for individuals seeking personal growth, career development, and healthier relationships. My clients include professionals looking for greater fulfillment in their careers, individuals navigating major life transitions, and those who want to improve their overall well-being and quality of life.
