Introduction

You want to feel like yourself again. Maybe you’re constantly on edge, stuck in past trauma, or overwhelmed by anxiety or mood swings. You’re doing your best, but it’s exhausting—and you’re ready for things to feel different. Therapy can help you understand what’s going on, gain clarity and tools, and begin to heal. You don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with specialties in trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders. I work with adults using evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, and exposure-based treatments. I’m certified in Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD. My approach is warm, collaborative, and recovery-oriented. I center your goals and strengths, integrating them with therapies shown to work—so treatment feels both effective and individualized. I provide virtual therapy for adults across North Carolina and offer sessions in both English and Spanish. Whether you're navigating recent stress or healing from longstanding wounds, we’ll work together to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. It’s so important to find a therapist who’s the right match for you. Please feel free to reach out to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation—I’d be honored to support your journey.
