Introduction

Childhood Trauma Therapy for Women Ready to Feel Safe, Secure, and at Peace If you grew up in a dysfunctional or emotionally unpredictable family, you may have learned to survive by overthinking, people-pleasing, or silencing your own needs. I help women heal that childhood trauma so they can quiet their inner critic, stop overanalyzing every decision, and finally feel emotionally secure — in relationships, at work, and within themselves. My Approach to Therapy My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and trauma-informed. I believe lasting change happens when you feel safe enough to tell your story and supported enough to try new ways of being. Together, we'll work to regulate your nervous system, so peace doesn't depend on your circumstances being perfect — it becomes something you carry with you. My Background My career began in residential treatment, supporting people through acute mental health crises, substance use, and eating disorders. That experience taught me how to work closely with families to interrupt painful generational patterns and build healthier, more connected relationships — work I now bring into my private practice. Outside the Therapy Room I'm a wife and a proud mom of three. When I'm not with clients, you'll usually find me hiking mountain trails, on my yoga mat, playing games with my kids, or exploring somewhere new. I bring the same groundedness into session that I try to live outside of it. You Don't Have to Carry This Alone If you're a woman feeling overwhelmed by perfectionism, anxiety, depression, or the weight of past trauma, reaching out is a brave and powerful first step. I offer therapy for women navigating childhood trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm, and I'd be honored to help you find your way back to yourself. Ready to begin?
