I help women who grew up in dysfunctional families heal childhood trauma so they can stop overthinking, quiet their inner critic, and feel emotionally secure. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and trauma-informed. I believe change happens when you feel safe enough to tell your story and supported enough to try new ways of being. Our therapy sessions will regulate your nervous system and help you feel peaceful again, regardless of your life circumstances. My career began in a residential treatment setting, where I supported people facing acute mental health concerns, substance use, and eating disorders. I worked closely with families and loved ones to interrupt old patterns and create healthier, more connected ways of relating. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll usually find me with my family. I’m married and a proud mom of three who enjoys being outdoors, hiking mountain trails, practicing yoga, playing games, and discovering new places. If you’re a woman who feels overwhelmed, exhausted by perfectionism, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, or past trauma, you don’t have to carry it alone. Reaching out is a brave and powerful step. I’m here to help—complete the contact form on the website, and let’s begin your path toward healing. (Note: Many of my clients use their out of network insurance benefits to pay for therapy. Each month, I provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company so you may receive reimbursement for your sessions.)
