I take a holistic, big-picture approach to therapy, offering support that’s tailored to your lived experiences, your history, and the goals that matter most to you. My work centers on helping individuals move through anxiety, depression, developmental and relational trauma, as well as challenges with relationships, parenting, substance use, and eating disorders. My career began in a residential treatment setting, where I supported people facing acute mental health concerns, substance use, and eating disorders. I worked closely with families and loved ones to interrupt old patterns and create healthier, more connected ways of relating. Outside the therapy room, I’m with my family—I’m married and a proud mom of three. I love being outdoors, hiking in the mountains, skiing, playing games, and exploring new places.
