Introduction

I believe therapy is collaborative and deeply human. You're the expert on yourself, and I'm here to guide you toward decisions that feel authentic and aligned with your values. As a Licensed Psychologist, I work with individuals, couples, groups, and families from children through adults. I'm neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I bring specialized experience with ADHD, autism, anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, trauma, and life transitions. My background working within school systems gives me unique insight for parents navigating their child's mental health while tending to their own. I believe parents deserve space to care for themselves to exist beyond the parenting role while still showing up authentically for their families. I draw from multiple approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), art therapy, and trauma-informed care. I offer both in-person (Coral Gables, FL) and telehealth sessions private pay in PSYPACT states (all states except for CA, LA, NY, MA, NM, OR, HI, IA)
