I support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and personal growth. I am especially passionate about supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and want to better understand their emotions, strengthen their coping skills, and develop healthier patterns in their lives and relationships. My clinical background includes individual psychotherapy, diagnostic and psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, crisis and safety assessment, care coordination, and connecting clients with community resources. I have experience supporting adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, substance use concerns, sleep difficulties, and complex life stressors. My experience in behavioral and integrated healthcare settings has also shaped my understanding of how mental health can intersect with relationships, work, physical health, finances, housing, and other areas of everyday life. My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard and supported while also having space to challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you.
