Introduction

I bring many years of clinical experience as a social worker specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an approach I've found deeply effective for helping people develop concrete coping strategies and emotional regulation skills. I work collaboratively with each client to identify their unique goals and build practical tools they can use in their daily lives. My work spans a wide range of concerns—from anxiety, depression, and trauma to life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and neurodevelopmental differences like ADHD and autism. I'm trained in multiple evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which allows me to tailor my work to what resonates most with you. I work with young adults, adults, and older adults via telehealth, and I'm currently accepting new clients. If you're looking for someone who will meet you where you are and help you build the skills to navigate life's challenges, I'd welcome the opportunity to work together.
