My path into therapy began through the body—years of yoga, meditation, and nature-centered practice showed me how much healing happens when we learn to listen inward. I now work as a somatic, IFS-informed, trauma-aware therapist, helping clients reconnect with the parts of themselves that feel overwhelmed, protective, or exhausted. I specialize in nervous system regulation, trauma, attachment wounds, relationship dynamics, and cycles that feel hard to break. Our work together is slow, curious, and rooted in presence. We’ll explore what your body is holding, what your parts are trying to protect you from, and what begins to open when those places feel truly supported. I offer therapy that’s gentle, grounded, and deeply human. I accept Medi-Cal.
