I support individuals addressing concerns like anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, and LGBTQ+ issues. My approach is strengths-based and includes CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I am trained in Basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help resolve trauma through guided eye movements and imagery. I believe every individual has their own unique experiences and challenges. My goal is to work alongside you to understand your personal goals for therapy and support you in achieving them through a collaborative and compassionate approach.
