Introduction

Peace Love Marriage and Family Therapy Pllc was created to offer a space where individuals, couples, and families can slow down, feel seen, and begin reconnecting with themselves and the relationships that matter most. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should feel both supportive and practical—a place where healing, insight, and meaningful change can happen together with greater peace, love, and harmony in everyday life. I specialize in working with adults, couples, parents, and families navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and the evolving demands of womanhood and motherhood. I also support clients who may feel disconnected from themselves, stuck in repeating patterns, or unsure how to move forward. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I am Bowen, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gottman-informed, integrating these frameworks to help clients better understand themselves and their relationships. Through this lens, we explore family patterns, emotional responses, and the different parts of yourself that may be influencing how you think, feel, and connect with others. Together, we work toward healthier communication, emotional balance, deeper self-awareness, and more connected relationships rooted in peace, love, and harmony. Whether you are seeking support individually, as a couple, or as a family, therapy can provide a space to process, heal, grow, and reconnect. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned in their daily lives—not just within sessions, but beyond them. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but you do not have to navigate it alone. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
