I am Stephen Billiot, a counselor specializing in a down-to-earth, straightforward approach to therapy. I work with clients using Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is just a fancy way of saying I help people find new ways to look at their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I’ll be the first to admit that talking to someone about your thoughts and feelings is hard. My job is to make that part easier. I promise, whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to face it alone. I want to be in your corner and help you fight to get yourself back from whatever life has thrown at you. Look, I get it, things in life can get heavy, but you don’t have to lift it alone. Let me be your spotter. I’ll work with you to create a space for free expression and help you confront life’s challenges.
