I’m Stephen Marley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 34 years of experience helping adults and couples navigate difficult seasons of life. I was drawn to this work by a desire to help people better understand themselves, their relationships, and what needs to change when life isn’t working the way they want it to. I work with adults and couples experiencing relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, burnout, and major life transitions. I have particular experience helping couples improve communication and connection, as well as working with men navigating relationships, career changes, caregiving, loss, retirement, identity, and the challenges that often come with midlife. My approach is warm, practical, collaborative, and straightforward. Therapy with me is a conversation, but it’s a conversation with a purpose. I’ll listen carefully, ask questions, offer perspective, and challenge patterns when helpful. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s keeping you stuck and identify practical changes you can apply in everyday life. You don’t need to come to therapy with everything figured out. My goal is to help you gain greater clarity, strengthen your relationships, make meaningful changes, and find a clearer path forward.
