I am a Jungian Analyst and Episcopal priest working with adults across a range of concerns, often at the intersection of spirituality and psychology, and most often with those interested in depth work. I am an experienced clinician familiar with all major schools in psychotherapy -- I teach them to counseling students at Loyola. But my heart is most with the depth traditions (especially Jungian and psychodynamic), attachment and affective theory, and systems understandings. I am happy to help with most presenting concerns although I am more interested in the whole person than the specific symptoms that prompt entry into therapy. in recent years, the major themes in my practice have included sexuality and its vicissitudes (divorce, LGBTQ, affairs, polyamory, and more) spirituality, retirement and aging, understanding dreams, relationships, trauma, sand tray, and childhood wounds that "won't go away."
