I work with creatives and innovators throughout California who've achieved what they thought they wanted and still feel something fundamental is missing. My clients typically struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship patterns that repeat despite their intelligence, creative blocks, and a persistent sense of performing rather than living. My approach draws on Lacanian and Existential psychoanalytic traditions, integrated with two decades of meditation practice includes teaching at Esalen Institute and at centers in India and Thailand. My style is relational, precise and spacious. In sessions, you'll talk about what's troubling you, what you want, your dreams and what you're avoiding. I’ll listen for the unconscious patterns—including ways you keep choosing what doesn't satisfy. This work confronts you with contradictions you'd rather not see and truths that require you to change. It's not comfortable, but it leads to clarity about who you are and what you desire beyond who you think you should be.
