Introduction

Recommendation from 2026 client: "I was not sold on therapy but Stephen made growth easy. His spiritual approach is highly effective and he helped me by providing multiple tools to handle my anger. " I offer individual counseling & ADHD coaching for clients age 12+. I help clients reduce the negative effects from anxiety & anger, stress, low self esteem, & depression . I have experience providing ADHD coaching since 2018. I am familiar with how symptoms of ADHD (impulsiveness, disorganization, procrastination, & difficulty concentrating) affect everyday life. I have been a licensed counselor since 2019. Therapy with me starts with compassion, validation, and encouragement. It is important to me you feel heard. We will identify underlying unhealthy thinking patterns that are causing the negativity and sadness. You will learn effective coping skills to move forward so you are happier, friendlier, and more productive. I take on the role of accountability partner and cheerleader. Addictions, Bipolar Disorder, serious mental illness, career difficulty, and parenting struggles are other areas I am passionate about. My goal for my clients is to help each person become a happier, more confident version of you, uncovering hidden talents and strengths. Each session clients are directed to tap into their God-given talents, align your behavior with your personal values, and develop healthy coping skills/activities to fight off depression and anxiety.
