Introduction

Welcome. I’m truly glad you’re here. I’ve spent more than a decade working in the field of mental health, and over forty years living in a world where mental health touches every part of who we are. Sometimes, medications can assist with improving our mental health, which require ongoing evidence-based monitoring and adjustment (that’s part of what I do). Through my experience—both personal and professional—I’ve come to believe that our well being isn’t shaped by just one part of ourselves. A healthy mind grows from a healthy physical state, a grounded spiritual life, and a nurtured emotional world. When these parts work together, we create space for balance, resilience, and fulfillment. I’m an honest, open minded, caring, and thoughtful person, and my work is guided by genuine curiosity about people and a deep respect for their lived experiences. I love having real conversations about how we can make life better—one insight, one habit, or one moment at a time. When you come to see me, my goal is simple: I want you to feel relaxed. Please feel free to leave any fear or anxiety behind when you walk through my door. I work to create a calm, comforting environment where we can get to know each other and build a strong therapeutic relationship. You can trust that I am here for you, working alongside you, and always in support of your healthiest self. Together, we’ll explore ways to heighten your well being, strengthen your personal foundation, and move toward the life you need. Thank you for taking the first step. I look forward to meeting you.
