Hello, and welcome. My name is Steve, and I’m a social worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and purpose. I began my journey in this field from a deep desire to serve others and walk alongside people as they seek healing, truth, and restoration. My work is grounded not only in clinical training in psychology and social work, but also in a faith-centered perspective that recognizes the importance of spiritual growth in overall well-being. I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficulties with boundaries or self-worth. I also have experience supporting clients navigating stress, identity concerns, and personal growth. I have a particular passion for helping clients build healthier relationships, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop the confidence to set and maintain boundaries rooted in truth and self-respect. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based therapy with a Christian faith perspective. When desired by the client, I incorporate biblical principles, prayer, and spiritual reflection into the therapeutic process. I believe that true healing involves the mind, body, and spirit, and I strive to create space for all three to be addressed in a way that feels safe and meaningful to you. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while also seeking deeper purpose, truth, and direction. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, spiritually disconnected, or simply seeking personal and spiritual growth, my goal is to walk alongside you and help you gain the tools, insight, and faith needed to move forward. Reaching out for support can be difficult, but it’s also a powerful step toward healing and transformation. I would be honored to be part of your journey.
