Hello, I strongly believe in the principle that we are all in the process of becoming. I feel it is so important to become the person we want and desire to become, or as a couple to become. I am here to assist in your process of becoming. I have been an AZ state licensed therapist for nearly 25 years. I utilize the therapy tools and models of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Gottman Method, and especially Positive Psychology as there is very real power in the principles of positive energy that can both heal and create lasting change. You will find that I am very easy to talk to, am very non-judgmental (I do call it as I see it), and will have wonderful and proven ways to assist you. I would love the opportunity to assist you on your journey of growth, healing, unity, and of becoming.
