I believe therapy should be more than simply learning how to manage symptoms—it should help you understand yourself, reconnect with what matters, and create a life that feels meaningful and authentic. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative, while also being willing to challenge you when that can help you move forward. I draw from Choice Theory and Reality Therapy, CBT, ACT, strengths-based and solution-focused approaches, attachment theory, IFS, mindfulness, and other evidence-based therapies. Together, we look at the choices, patterns, relationships, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck—and explore what you can do differently. I especially enjoy working with men, veterans, first responders, couples, and driven adults who may look successful on the outside but feel disconnected, overwhelmed, anxious, angry, burned out, or uncertain about what comes next. I also work with people navigating relationship difficulties, divorce, addiction and recovery, trauma, anxiety, intimacy, communication, and major life transitions. As someone who has experienced significant transitions and challenges in my own life, I understand that change is rarely a straight line. My goal is not to judge you or tell you how to live. It is to create a space where you can be honest about where you are, understand where you want to go, and begin taking meaningful steps in that direction.
