Introduction

I am a trauma therapist and masculine embodiment teacher. In the past 10 years I have helped over 1000 individuals heal pain, find freedom, and live with purpose. I have a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan. I have trained in numerous body-based healing modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Therapy. I combine these techniques with breathe and nervous system training to create lasting change. In 2009, a near-fatal car accident challenged me to completely rebuild my life. There were years of physical pain and emotional confusion. I found clarity through sobriety. A men’s group taught me what real connection and accountability is. Therapy showed me what it means to be a whole person. That experience of rebuilding from the ground up and discovering something better on the other side is what drives my work and what I bring into the room with every client. I will never ask you to do something I haven't done myself.
