Introduction

Therapy is be a place where you are able feel understood, supported, and empowered—not judged or “fixed.” My approach is centered on helping you make sense of your experiences, build emotional resilience, and navigate relationships in ways that feel right for you. Whether you’re dealing with past trauma, struggling with mental health challenges, or looking to improve intimacy and connection, I provide a space where your experiences are honored, and your growth is supported. My practice centers on complex and often underrepresented clinical spaces: sexual health, relational dynamics, LGBTQ+ experiences, neurodivergence, severe mental health, personality disorders, chronic health issues and high-acuity or “unicorn” cases that don’t fit neatly into standard models. I also bring a strong background in domestic violence and sexual assault prevention. My approach is integrative (IFS / DBT / somatic-informed), collaborative, and rooted in helping clients deepen clarity, confidence, and alignment. If you’re looking for therapist that makes space for nuance, complexity, and long term growth, I’d enjoy connecting with you.
