With over twenty years of experience in the field of mental health, I offer a compassionate, collaborative, and individualized approach to therapy. My work is rooted in respect for self-determination and non-judgmental understanding, blending evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral strategies, health coaching, and mindfulness practice. In my practice I support those facing challenges including anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, family conflict and life transitions. As a School Psychologist for over 14 years, I also bring in-depth knowledge of special education and the public school system's responsibility in addressing students’ learning and mental health needs. I provide psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, children, and families, as well as parent coaching and IEP/504 plan consultation. My background includes extensive training in school neuropsychological assessment to support treatment planning, educational accommodations, and, when necessary, legal proceedings. Let’s Connect I offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone or tele-health. To schedule, please call or request an appointment online.
