Introduction

Looking for guidance to work through trauma? Feeling stuck in your relationship? Searching for your life’s purpose? You’re not alone. We all face challenges at different points in life and sometimes need support to find self-awareness and compassion, which are central to healing. I use evidence-based practices like IFS and EMDR to help support emotional and mental health goals. I believe in our natural ability to feel, heal, discover, and live a more uplifting life. All it takes to begin your journey is the willingness to take the first step and trust the process. As a therapist with specialized training in EMDR and IFS, I provide a holistic, client-centered approach meticulously designed to meet each individual’s unique needs. Through a collaborative goal-setting process, we will create a personalized treatment plan that incorporates evidence-based strategies to address distressing memories, build resilience, and establish enduring, healthy habits. This integrative approach aims to nurture deep calm, strengthen inner resources, and cultivate meaningful connections, fostering lasting emotional well-being and personal growth. My goal is to help you release shame, fear, and confusion so you can build healthier relationships with yourself and those around you. Through our work, you’ll learn to regulate emotions, reduce distress, and experience deeper self-connection and resilience.
