I believe therapy should feel comfortable, practical, and genuinely useful. My style is conversational, collaborative, and solution-focused. Together, we work to understand what may be holding you back and identify meaningful changes that can help you feel more confident, connected, and fulfilled. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 30 years in business and leadership, including serving as a hospital CEO. That experience gives me a unique understanding of the pressures that can accompany professional success, responsibility, relationships, career changes, and retirement. I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2008. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief and loss, major life transitions, and questions about purpose and what comes next. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, and my practice is LGBTQ+ affirming. Most importantly, I strive to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly and feel understood.
