I'm a queer, AuDHD-identified counselor who specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA2S+ clients, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions. My lived experience with autism and ADHD informs my clinical work and helps me meet clients where they are with genuine understanding. I draw from multiple evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused techniques, and I tailor my approach to what works best for each person. I hold a BA from Portland State University and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and work with young adults and adults. I currently am not accepting new clients at this time, but my schedule will be opening up soon. I accept a range of insurance plans including Aetna, CareOregon, Moda Health, First Choice Health, Providence Health Plan, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon, Lifewise Health Plan, Cigna Healthcare, and Health Net.
