Life can feel overwhelming when you're constantly overthinking, trying to hold everything together, or wondering why you keep getting stuck in the same patterns. Therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are- without judgement, pressure, or feeling like you have to have everything figured out. I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship and attachment concerns, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy helping clients better understand themselves-why they think, feel, react, and relate to others the way they do-and then develop practical tools to create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and individualized. Depending on your needs, sessions may include CBT, solution-focused and person-centered approaches, mindfulness, creative activities, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed strategies. With younger clients and teens, I work to make therapy engaging and relatable rather than simply expecting them to sit and talk for an hour. You don't have to wait until things become unbearable to ask for support. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply ready for something to change, therapy can be a place to understand where you've been, reconnect with who you are and intentionally move toward where you want to go. I'd be honored to support you in that process.
