You’ve been carrying this weight for too long. Maybe it’s the memory you can’t shake, the panic that blindsides you, the shame that sticks no matter how much you try to outthink it. You’ve held it together for everyone else—at work, at home, in relationships—but inside, it feels like you’re still stuck in the same loop. You want more than survival. You want to feel calm in your own body, to stop replaying the past, to trust yourself again. You want your relationships to feel easier, your emotions to feel manageable, and your life to finally feel like it’s yours. I’m a LCSW and a certified DBT therapist, and starting in October, I’ll be taking on new clients who want EMDR as the heart of their therapy. EMDR is a powerful, research-backed way of helping your brain reprocess and release the impact of trauma so it stops dictating how you think, feel, and respond. In our work together, we’ll build safety first, then target the experiences that need healing, and reprocess them so they lose their grip on your present. You don’t have to keep living inside the same story—you can create something new.
