I work with young adults and adults who are navigating life’s challenges, whether that looks like anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, trauma, major life transitions, or the unique experiences that can accompany pregnancy and parenthood. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who find themselves feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t quite make sense of. Together, we explore those patterns with curiosity, helping you better understand yourself and move forward with greater confidence and ease. I blend Somatic Experiencing, attachment-focused therapy, and traditional talk therapy to help clients make sense of their experiences and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, self-compassion, and support. The reasons people come to therapy are as unique as the people themselves. Whatever brings you here, my hope is that you’ll find a place to better understand yourself, feel supported through life’s challenges, and approach yourself with greater compassion and curiosity.
