Introduction

Hi there! As a CPC-I, I work with children, adults, and couples to explore challenges related to self-identity, communication, relationships, and emotion regulation. Together, we’ll work to uncover and challenge unhealthy core beliefs, strengthen your authentic self, and work together towards cultivating resilience and self-compassion to gain clarity and confidence as you write your life story. With children and teens, I incorporate play therapy and sand tray techniques to help them express emotions, process experiences, and build emotion regulation and coping strategies that they can carry into adulthood. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-identity, attachment wounds, and communication/relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative, grounded in evidence-based techniques such as CBT and DBT, along with a deep belief in the power of a therapeutic relationship built on empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. I believe that therapy should be a safe and encouraging space where you can feel seen, heard, and valued for who you are. At the heart of my work is connection - building a trusting relationship where you can explore your story and help you uncover the tools and insights where you can feel empowered to take steps toward meaningful growth and healing.
