Therapy is Offered via: Indoors via Telehealth: Conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms Delivered in accordance with Massachusetts Telehealth regulations and insurance guidelines Outdoors: Sue also integrates opportunities to connect with nature and the outdoors. Outdoor sessions(when clinically indicated) will be conducted in private, controlled settings to support engagement, regulation, or specific treatment goals. Reasonable precautions are taken to protect privacy; clients should be aware that absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in public spaces. All sessions, regardless of setting, follow your treatment plan and standard clinical documentation guidelines. Sessions outside standard outpatient psychotherapy, such as structured experiential or nature-based interventions, are offered on a self-pay basis. Insurance coverage is subject to verification, plan benefits, and medical necessity.
