I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in Christian counseling for adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship struggles. My faith is central to who I am and how I work — but you don't have to share my beliefs to work with me. I simply want you to know where I'm coming from. I bring warmth, honesty, and a collaborative spirit to every session. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) alongside Christian counseling. In plain terms, we focus on what you can actually change, build tools to cope with what you can't, and anchor that work in your values and faith. I believe pain and discomfort are part of life — but staying stuck doesn't have to be. My style is direct and inquisitive, but always warm. We move at your pace, toward goals that are specific and meaningful to you. The first session is a thorough intake — about 90 minutes. I'll ask about your current concerns, your history, your relationships, and your goals. This gives me the full picture so we can build a plan tailored specifically to you. After that, sessions are typically 55 minutes weekly. I'll always be transparent about what we're doing and why.
