You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Life transitions can be beautiful—and incredibly overwhelming. Whether you’re a teen preparing to leave home for the first time, a new mom navigating postpartum emotions, or a woman facing the mental load of caregiving, identity shifts, or trauma, you may be feeling lost, anxious, or exhausted. These moments can stir up deep emotional patterns, resurface past wounds, or leave you wondering, “Who am I now?” I specialize in helping women and adolescents move through major life transitions with compassion and clarity. My work focuses on perinatal mental health, including postpartum depression and anxiety, trauma recovery, and identity shifts during motherhood or early adulthood. I also support teens and young adults transitioning to college, helping them manage academic pressures, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and grounded in trust. I integrate EMDR for trauma healing, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore the parts of you that feel stuck or wounded, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for reshaping thoughts and behaviors, and solution-focused strategies to help you move forward with intention. Healing begins with feeling seen, safe, and supported. Let’s create that space together—where you can breathe, reconnect with yourself, and begin to heal.
