Introduction

Dual-Certified Family & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Seeking help can feel overwhelming, and finding the right provider is an important step. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing what brings you to treatment. I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 14 years of healthcare experience. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns. I earned my Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of South Florida and later completed my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training at Florida State University. My approach combines evidence-based treatment with compassion, collaboration, and individualized care. I believe that mental health care should be personalized, practical, and focused on helping you achieve meaningful and lasting improvement. Life can become difficult when anxiety, depression, stress, or mood changes begin affecting your relationships, work, motivation, sleep, or overall quality of life. You do not have to navigate those challenges alone. I work closely with my patients to understand their unique experiences and develop treatment plans tailored to their goals. Whether you are struggling with persistent anxiety, depression, mood instability, or feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, we will work together to identify effective strategies that support your well-being. My goal is not only to reduce symptoms but also to help you build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and feel more confident in managing life's challenges.
