Introduction

During times when your life feels overwhelming or out of control, I aim to be a steady, supportive presence while helping you reconnect with your strengths, and move towards your goals and the life you want to create. I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, depression, self-worth & self-esteem issues, trauma, and major life transitions. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person already carries strengths that can be built upon, even when they don’t feel accessible. Together, we establish a mutual understanding of the issues you face and clear goals & objectives to resolve these issues and move towards your best self. Some of the therapeutic tools I use to facilitate this are developing coping skills, increasing emotional regulation, clarifying values & goals, and building motivation for lasting change. First and foremost, I strive to meet you where you are, without judgment, and to create a space where vulnerability feels safe. I am here to listen, connect, and build a mutual understanding of the issues(s) you are facing. Under that clarity we can create roadmap for progressing towards your ideal life.
