I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, depression, self-worth & self-esteem issues, trauma, and major life transitions. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person already carries strengths that can be built upon, even when they don’t feel accessible. Together, we establish a mutual understanding of the issues you face and clear goals & objectives to resolve these issues and move towards your best self. Some of the therapeutic tools I use to facilitate this are developing coping skills, increasing emotional regulation, clarifying values & goals, and building motivation for lasting change.
