I am so glad you are here. I'm excited to potentially be part of your journey towards personal growth and well-being. As your therapist, I aim to be your advocate, guide, and attentive listener as we navigate your challenges together. It's important to me that you feel seen, heard, and understood. We'll build a collaborative therapeutic relationship where you will feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow. I have a particular interest in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Illness Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety, & Specific Phobias. I enjoy working with high school & college age students as they adapt to academic and life transitions. I have extensive training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), & Mindfulness.
