How we relate to ourselves and to others can bring frustration, pain, and confusion, often leaving us searching for clarity and deeper understanding. You may feel stuck in unsatisfying relationship patterns, internally conflicted, or disconnected from who you are and what you truly desire. Therapy offers a space to slow down, explore these experiences, and begin to relate to yourself and others in a way that feels more authentic, alive, and meaningful. I listen closely, not only to your words, but also to the feelings and experiences that may be harder to name, including those that emerge within the therapy relationship itself. I offer psychodynamic therapy and more intensive psychoanalysis for adults navigating relationship difficulties, identity and intimacy concerns, anxiety, depression, and related challenges. Many are high‑functioning and creative, outwardly composed, yet inwardly grappling with emotional complexity and dissatisfaction in their relationships or sense of self. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and have completed advanced training in Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies, where I am currently a candidate in Adult Psychoanalysis. My clinical experience spans residential, outpatient, and group practice settings. I am in private practice in Houston, Texas, and licensed in both Texas and Colorado.
