Many people seek therapy because, despite appearing successful in many areas of life, they find themselves stuck in painful relationship patterns, feeling unworthy, or disconnected from who they are and what they truly desire. How we relate to ourselves and others can bring frustration, pain, and confusion. Therapy offers a space to slow down, explore these experiences, gain clarity, and begin relating in ways that feel more authentic and alive. I listen closely not only to your words, but also to feelings and experiences that may be harder to name, including those that emerge within the therapy relationship itself. I offer psychodynamic therapy and more intensive psychoanalysis for adults navigating relationship difficulties, identity and intimacy concerns, anxiety, depression, and related challenges. Many are high-functioning and creative, outwardly composed, yet inwardly grappling with emotional complexity and dissatisfaction in their relationships or sense of self. I hold a MA in Counseling Psychology and have completed advanced training in Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies, where I'm a candidate in Adult Psychoanalysis. I gained experience in residential, outpatient, and group practice settings before establishing my private practice in the Montrose neighborhood of Houston, TX.
