Summer earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Utah and is currently completing her Master of Social Work at Arizona State University. She is passionate about supporting teens, parents, and women who are navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, and big life transitions. Her experience includes working in inpatient pediatric behavioral health, where she facilitated DBT-based groups and supported youth and families during crisis, as well as providing health education in community and school settings. Summer is also a certified life and parent coach with specialized training in perinatal and postpartum mental health. Summer believes in meeting people where they are and creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and supported. She takes a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and enjoys helping clients build practical tools, confidence, and a deeper sense of connection with themselves and their relationships.
