Introduction

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but you’re already taking a meaningful step, and I’m honored to be part of your process. I work with children (7–12), adolescents (13–17), and adults in person and telehealth. I believe it's important for therapy to feel like a space where you can breathe, be yourself, and feel truly seen. As a queer affirming therapist, I am passionate about social justice, education, and working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Honoring each client's personal needs and intersecting identities is the foundation of my work. I’ve intentionally created a space within my practice where my clients can feel safe and comfortable discussing their mental health without judgment. I’m transparent, quirky, and gentle in my approach. I’m not afraid to be a little silly or use humor when it’s fitting. Healing can be hard, but we don’t have to be serious every second of the journey. In our work together, we’re collaborators. We’ll identify goals that feel meaningful to you and build a path toward wholeness and healing that honors your unique story. My role is to support you, empower you, and walk alongside you as you create the life you want. If there is anything here that speaks to you, I encourage you to reach out to me for a free 20-minute consultation.
