Introduction

Whether it's your first time or one of many times starting therapy, I welcome you for taking a brave step toward becoming your best self. As a social worker and therapist, I've worked for 5+ years in substance recovery treatment centers, hospitals, and private practices. I provide individual therapy and group therapy to adults of all ages and backgrounds. In therapy, I use treatment methods like psychodynamic therapy (connecting your past to your present to tie everything together) and DBT (coping skills to help with big emotions). Together, we'll work on identifying other methods (in addition to psychodynamic and DBT) that work best for you. I believe our earliest childhood experiences and relationships shape the way we navigate life. I specialize in working with late-diagnosed neurodivergent women, codependency, and childhood emotional neglect. If you struggle with saying no, standing up for yourself, and finding your identity, I'm here to help. It's not easy to admit when you need help, especially when you're so used to being the go-to person with solutions for everyone. Send me a message, or schedule a free phone consultation. I'm excited to meet you and help you thrive!
